I am BonnieK. I have been teaching movement and how to refine your skill for any action for over 50 years. I became a Feldenkrais® Practitioner 40 years ago, and now teach 'movement awareness' with the mission to guide people to enjoy themselves moving and to sense how little they need to do [or stop doing] to feel lighter and more effortless in their everyday walk or activity.
As a physical education student, I took a class on how to teach Golf. I learned how to hold and swing the club but it wasn’t until after my training in the Feldenkrais Method® that I felt that effortless swing on the 10th tee. This began my path to really appreciate the game and keep playing with ease and curiosity.


A few years later I met a golf pro who suggested "Golf is a game of effortless swings, a game of consistency, a game of inches, a game of the mind."
I was teaching people how to move effortlessly in their lives. My game had improved from experiencing this process.
