If you are new to The Feldenkrais Method® or have concerns about participating in a 'movement -- non-movement’ class on Zoom, you might want to consider having an individual lesson with me on Zoom prior. Special Price for those in class is $55 a session. These are available as a preparation before or any time you want to be guided more personally.
