This is a Non-Walking, Walking Program.  Each hour consists of a focus on your Alignment, Balance or Coordination with an Awareness-Movement lesson. You will be standing, sitting on a chair or lying on the Floor.  You will receive a workbook to write notes in, emails with interesting articles and videos to watch, and, a chart to keep track of your walks in between sessions. You are in charge of your walking in between the hours we spend together.
